Orders

Prices & Payment

• All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time of your order will apply.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), mobile banking, or online payment (if available).
• For Cash on Delivery, please pay the delivery person when you receive the product.

Delivery

• We deliver products all over Bangladesh.
• Delivery time usually takes 2–7 working days depending on your location.
• Delivery charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed before delivery.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or natural issues (flood, strike, etc.).

Returns & Replacements

• If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
• To be eligible for return, the product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Some products (like personal care, innerwear, or food items) may not be returnable for hygiene reasons.

Product Information

• We always try to give accurate product descriptions and photos.
• Colors may look slightly different due to lighting or screen settings.
• If a product is out of stock after you order, we will contact you for a replacement or refund.

Customer Responsibilities

• Please provide correct delivery address and phone number.
• Be available to receive the product on delivery day.
• Do not misuse or copy our website content, images, or products for other purposes.

Limitation of Liability

• Tahnix Shop is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party couriers, technical issues, or misuse of products.
• We are only responsible for delivering the product you ordered or offering a replacement/refund if there is a mistake from our side.
